CONTRACT FOR SALE AND GUARANTEE
Our puppies are registered with the American Kennel Club and sold with limited registration unless otherwise determined. Any puppy sold with Full AKC registration for breeding and/or showing purposes are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel this contract at any time with no financial returns if we feel, through discovery, our puppy is not going to a safe and secure home.
As a preventative, all puppies are treated for ear mites, worms, coccidiosis, and giardia each day for 5 days before going to their new home. Each puppy is veterinarian examined and given age appropriate, up-to-date vaccinations and wormings. A Puppy is not immune to viruses, including Parvo, until the complete series of vaccinations have been given which is usually around 16 weeks of age. You, the buyer, are responsible for completing the vaccinations and for keeping your new puppy in a safe environment until vaccination are completed.
Your puppy has been placed on Nutri Source small breed puppy food. We reccomend your puppy remains on this food. Validation of this guarantee requires examination of your puppy by the vet of your choice and at the purchasers expense within FIVE (5) days of the delivery date. A copy of the veterinarian report must be mailed or emailed to breeder. Failure to do so will void this contract.
This puppy has no known physical/congenital defects. We do not sell puppies that are sick, injured, or suffer from any known genetic defects. Hypoglycemia, coccidiosis, giardia are not covered. We do not guarantee size, color, or ears to stand. Patellas, Legg Perthese, collapsing trachea or any other issues that may occur by injury are not covered. If puppy is diagnosed by at least TWO licensed veterinarians as having a LIFE THREATENING genetic defect that is not treatable, the buyer may return the puppy for a comparable puppy of equivalent value, (breeders choice), when one becomes available. All of my adult breeding parents have been bile acid tested for liver shunt before breeding and are all clear, therefore, we will not guarantee against liver shunt in a puppy. It has not been 100% proven to be hereditary and with parents testing clear, there is no way to predict this disease. All expenses associated with the return of the puppy are the responsibility of the buyer. If buyer chooses to keep puppy after diagnosis, all related expenses are the responsibility of the buyer and this guarantee is void. If for ANY reason you the purchaser decide you no longer want the puppy you have chosen you agree to forfeit all payments made.
In the event of death, an autopsy must be preformed immediately after death (at owners expense), by a licensed veterinarian to determine the exact cause of death. The report from the autopsy must be sent to my attending veterinarian for review.
We make no guarantee on any adult dogs sold. Adults are sold as is. I do not guarantee dogs not bred by me. Guarantee not valid if sold to a third party. The breeder reserves the right of first refusal if purchaser decides to sell said puppy.
The breeder is not responsible for any veterinarian bills the purchaser may incur regarding said puppy. All deposits given to hold a puppy are NON-REFUNDABLE AT THE TIME THEY ARE RECIEVED! Payment for puppy must be paid in full prior to shipping. Any and all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Only replacements will be made, NO CASH REFUNDS. If payments are made by credit/debit cards, buyer agrees that under no circumstances will payment be charged back to the credit/debit card used including PayPal payments. This contract contains the entire agreement between the parties and no statement, promises, or inducements made by either party that is not contained in the written contract shall be valid or binding.
By purchasing your puppy(s) you the buyer agree that you have read, understand, and accept the terms of this contract. No signature is required to be valid.
Any dispute taken to social media either by the buyer or ANY third party will void this guarantee and will be subject to an automatic fine equal to the purchase price of the puppy.
Any third party involvement voids this guarantee. Please come to me to resolve any disputes.
I understand that if a dispute should arise, all settlements will be made in
the venue of Stone County MO
